The Ministerial Search Committee has completed the first steps toward securing a new Senior Minister. We have sent a copy of the results of the Congregational Survey, a Church Profile, and a Draft Contract to the UUA Ministerial Settlement Office in Boston.

Based on information in those documents, the Settlement Office will send us a list of candidates they believe will match our requirements. We expect to get that list sometime in early December.

Our next step is to send each candidate we are interested in our Packet—a large notebook containing various documents and pictures showing various aspects of our church, ranging from worship and social justice activities to our budget and administrative setup. We have completed 90% of this task.

Speaking of the Congregational Survey, about 125 members have turned them in. You can get a copy of the results in the church office.
