Polly McCoo Honored

On Saturday, April 17, in Peoria, Polly McCoo was named the 1999 Central Midwest District's Unsung Unitarian Universalist. Bette Sikes accepted the plaque for Polly which reads: "Pauline is a committed volunteer and a highly skilled planner. For more than twenty-five years she was a devoted and imaginative church school teacher. Pauline keeps on doing what needs to be done when most of us would have given up."
